The Mulligans GS members are committed to raising money for transplant orientated charities and support hubs. Each member has relied on the after care post-transplant or the support offered after losing a loved one having then donated their organs after death. All funds raised will be spread across the UK supporting all cultures and ethnic groups pertaining to transplantation and also research activities, improving the success and methods of the surgery.

Having THE conversation

In 2024, 1,500 potential candidates for organ donations failed to have their procedures, simply due to cultural and religious differences and also the requirement to still have family consent to allow their organs to save other lives.

Evidence supports that if individuals express their wishes to family members in advance, the decision making is eased (in the unlikely event of that person’s death.)

Although the National Mandate changed so that we are all donors unless we OPT OUT, family consent is still needed. 1,500 organ donors could have saved up to 6,000 lives, adults and children. Give those people the second chance to live.

There are currently around 7,400 people on the organ transplant list. In 2024, 415 viable patients died needlessly while waiting, including children and babies.

This form below will be open for donations from February 1st, 2025. Please donate and help a number of worthwhile causes.
